Girls Lacrosse

2026 Season

Read the Program Dates/Policies page for program dates/deadlines.

Lacrosse is the fastest-growing sport in America, with over 1 million participants, and continues to grow within Central Ohio. The girls’ game of lacrosse is a game of finesse, quickness, and skill. Although body checking and primary contact between players are discouraged, the girls' game remains to be a swift and aggressive sport.

The Mission of OYAA Girls Lacrosse is to provide a safe and fun environment for your daughter to develop fundamental lacrosse skills, sportsmanship, and gameplay IQ. Our program will help educate and inspire families within the community to embrace the game of lacrosse. We seek to create the best lacrosse experience for younger ages. Our coaching and gameplay strategy is designed to ensure skill development appropriate to age, physical size, maturity, and skill.

If you are interested in coaching, please do not hesitate to volunteer. The program depends on volunteers and will only continue to grow with the help of parents and community members. Coaching support will be provided to all coaches throughout the season, so please consider volunteering!
